CRIS ON-SITE
Privacy notice
This notice describes how the CRIS On-Site website handles information. The online enquiry form sends your request to CRIS by email using Brevo. You can also call or email CRIS directly for service.
Contacting us
The enquiry form asks for your name, optional business name, email, service interest, message, and permission to contact you. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records. Submissions are sent through Brevo to info@crisonsite.com, which forwards to the business owner. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. The message is processed by Brevo and the receiving email services so CRIS can respond to your request. You can also contact info@crisonsite.com or (413) 525-0007.
Optional analytics and advertising
When configured and you allow analytics, Google tags may measure visits, service interest, phone and email link clicks, form starts, and received enquiries. Names, emails, business names, and message contents are excluded from analytics events. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may accompany production enquiries only with analytics consent. Advertising personalization remains disabled.
Your choices
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to update your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser for 180 days. The contact form works without analytics permission. Choosing essential only stops further analytics events from this website. Use browser controls to remove previously set cookies.
Providers and retention
The website is hosted on a privately managed VPS. Server access logs may contain technical request information such as IP addresses and requested pages. Google analytics is not currently configured; if enabled later, it will use the optional consent controls described above. Enquiry emails are held in the receiving mailbox; contact CRIS about access, retention, or deletion of your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the form. Contact CRIS using the details above with questions about your information.
